Return & Refund Policy

Please note: Because our items are handmade, slight variations in color or design may occur, making each piece unique.

         Thank you for shopping with Cats Creations LLC. Because many of our products are handmade and one-of-a-kind, replacements may not always be available. Please review our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Please include the following in your email:

·         Order number

·         Your name

·         Photos of the damaged item

·         Photos of the packaging and shipping box

Please keep the item and packaging until the investigation with the shipping carrier is complete.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Returns

All other return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

·         The item must be unused and in original condition

·         The item must be returned with original packaging

·         A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be provided by us before shipping the item back

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us with:

·         Your order number

·         Your name

·         The reason for the return

·         Photos of the item if applicable

Once we receive your request, we will review the details and respond with your available options.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns that are not due to damage, shipping issues, or an error on our part may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. This helps cover packaging and payment processing costs.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions and a Return Authorization Number that must be written on the outside of the package.

If a return shipping label is provided and the item is not shipped within 2 weeks, the return will be canceled and the label voided.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Items returned in damaged or altered condition (not caused by the carrier) will not be eligible for a refund.
